The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka pot, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, two single sofa beds, and TV;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and walk-in closet;

- BEDROOM 2 with bunk beds and a small closet;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- TERRACE (accessible from the living room) with a beach umbrella, outdoor table, and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the living room and bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access to the apartment on your own using the personal code we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

Ferrara is a beautiful city in Emilia-Romagna, known for its Renaissance historic center, designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its elegant streets, well-preserved walls, and harmonious architecture make it truly unique. Among the must-see sights are the Castello Estense—the city’s symbol, with its towers and moat—the Cathedral of San Giorgio with its Romanesque-Gothic façade, the Palazzo dei Diamanti with its exhibitions and famous rusticated façade, the medieval Via delle Volte, the refined Palazzo Schifanoia, and the city walls, which can be explored on foot or by bike.

The property is located in the Renaissance neighborhood of Addizione Erculea, just a few minutes from the historic center. The area is quiet, green, and well-served, with parking, shops, restaurants, and bus stops all within easy walking distance.

- From Bologna Airport, it takes about an hour to reach the house: first, take a shuttle from the airport to Bologna Station, then a train to Ferrara Station, and finally, walk for about 15 minutes.



- From Ferrara Station, you can reach the apartment on foot or by taking bus line 3 to the Contrada Del Mirasole Arianuova stop, which is about a 4-minute walk from the apartment.



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park for free in the area surrounding the property.
