A lovely apartment located in the heart of Ferrol, right on Calle Real, ideal for spending a few days exploring the wonders the city and its surroundings have to offer.<br><br> The apartment is small but has everything you need: towels, sheets, shower gel, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave...), a 3-seater sofa, a double bedroom with a 140 cm + 190 cm bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a lovely interior terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days. It also has a parking space just a few meters’ walk from the apartment; you’ll need to let us know in advance of your arrival if you’d like to use it.<br><br><br><br> The neighborhood is semi-pedestrianized, making it ideal for exploring on foot. There are supermarkets and numerous restaurants in the area offering high-quality fresh and traditional Galician fare. It’s just a stone’s throw from the Plaza de Armas, Plaza de Amboage, Cantón, and Plaza de España… <br><br> IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodations are heated by radiators, which are available from November through April. In the spirit of responsible use—and in light of the current climate and social emergency—we want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C, heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18° and 20° C. The maximum operating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather. Guests can choose the operating schedule based on their living habits. It’s important to understand that heating a property like ours is not the same as heating a smaller space, such as a hotel room (15 m²). <br><br> Access is prohibited for anyone not registered at the time of check-in <br><br> Ferrol is perfect for exploring the entire city center on foot—you won’t need a car.
