“We loved the house and all of its charm. The view was amazing. Loved watching the freighters on their way to/from the Locks. We were there during both hot days (85) & cold (40). The ceiling fans kept the place very comfortable during the heat & the furnace kept us cozy when the weather turned. Great location with an amazing view! Convenient to gas, places to eat, groceries, and more. Host was responsive & helpful. We would love to return again!”

“What a perfect trip. This location was great for us, we loved the little trail to the water also. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hardest part about staying in rental homes is you never know what they have, well, they have it all! We will absolutely stay again.”

“The 2 of us came up here with our 2 dogs for a long weekend. The cabin was just as pictured and had everything we needed from a fan in the master to toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels and the gas grill was even ready to go! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake, sunsets and sunrises, long walks on the beach and we were even lucky enough to catch a small glimpse of the northern lights! We traveled an hour away from the cabin to check out Tequamenon falls which in the summer or falls...

“Waking up here for a week was wonderful! This stay checked a lot of boxes for us and was a great place for us to get out and explore a large portion of the U.P. The wonderful back porch and patio areas are the highlight of this property, with the gorgeous Pine River and a busy beaver to watch, the mornings here were wonderful. This property offers a lot of amenities, including handsoap, some sample toiletries, and linens. I was a bit surprised there wasn't any dishsoap, but being inexpensive...

“The property was just as listed. Nice space for a large group of women. We didn't need to use the cute little stove as the weather was warm. Two of us used the screened-in porch as a bedroom--such a nice view of the stars and great breezes! Kitchen was perfect for light cooking--everything there for our needs. Plenty of towels! Even plenty of hot water for showers--for a big group!”

“There were 5 couples in our group who stayed at this house. Each person had nothing but good things to say about the house, the property, and the area. The house was well stocked for any baking and cooking needs. There was an abundance of linens if needed.
