âWe are so satisfied with the hotel and extra glad over the staf. May and Beverly, thank you for helping us. The room were spacious and beautiful. You could here the tram outside, butvit did not desturbe us. It could.

âUnderbart âlitetâ hotell med mycket vĂ€nlig personal och hög service. Gillande ananas temat som man hittade lite överallt i rummet. SĂ€ngarna var jĂ€tte sköna och tĂ€ckena fluffiga. NĂ€ra till allt, shopping , restauranger o teater . Jag kommer gĂ€rna tillbaka igen! â

âWe came to Chicago to celebrate my sonâs birthday. The staff at this JW Marriott went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was able to arrange a special celebration cake to be sent to the room, plus they sent chocolate-covered strawberries (his favorite)! We booked a room with Executive Lounge access and it did not disappoint. My son was very satisfied with the breakfast - I wish I had stopped in to get myself a bagel. âAs a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!â

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "

"This place is ideal for a vacation. An apartment rather than a room . Equipped with coffee maker, kettle, dish washer, laundry machine, tumbler, air conditioning etc. Very comfortable bed and the bedding was super comfortable. There was some, muffled, sound from the nearby railway, so if you are sensitive, you better bring earplugs. But the windows are very well insulated. The support is available through the app but very attentive and service minded."

"We had a wonderful stay! We specially enjoyed the Halloween contest between the personnel categories:-)! Pool was great, so was the breakfast! Room was great and had a kitchen! If we go to Chicago again we will definitely choose this Hotel!"
