“Check-in was easy and the woman at the front desk very friendly. Room was clean, nice, and comfortable. We loved the convenience of the plugs being on the top of the bedside tables. My only negative experience was the design of the shower. It is designed as a glass half wall with no door which looks cool but any way you stand in it the water splashes off your body and out of the shower on to the floor making it all wet. Not a very practical design. ”

Adjacent seating area also very comfortable and homey. Full breakfast kept fresh. Perfect location for visiting our family in Knoxville east side area. ”

“Clean room, tv stopped working 10:30 pm after just returning to our room and there were no other rooms available, the manager found another tv and personally swapped them out for us, he went above and beyond my expectations resolving that issue. Breakfast was good, pool was clean. Great time”

“Its an older building and its been remodel Has the old look to it but new stuff. Room was very nice..good view to the city..this trip was a quick over night trip, looking forward to staying there again when we have more time to enjoy the lodge.”
