“The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities.”

“The grounds are stunning but the hotel itself is looking a bit tatty. We were given an accessible room, which didn’t seem that accessible to me! The plug sockets by the bed are not normal uk plugs. So you can’t plug a charger in (for me, I couldn’t plug my breathing machine in) The tv was on the wall, but had plastic covers over the wires which just looks messy. “As we didn’t book direct with the hotel our evening meal wasn’t included. That wasn’t a problem as you could dine in any of the restaurants for £30 per head. Traveller’s be aware though if you didn’t want to dine in there was no other food purchase options available after 4pm. They don’t offer room service either. The grounds are extensive and it’s not possible to walk to anywhere. Take snacks with you as there is a fridge available in the room.”
