âIgnore any older bad reviews of this place. Itâs a very nice hotel with good service and a nice beach and nice facilities in general. The town of Sivota itself is unfortunately not a culinary destination by any means but the restaurant in the hotel is excellent for both lunch and dinner. â
âFantastic location, right on the beach in the quieter part of Parga. Free sunbeds at hotel. Easy water taxi to Parga center (or a 20 walk).

Stable food offerings, could have been some more snacks variety in the beach bar. Minor thing really.â

âAfter days in the nature, pool was a real treatment. Breakfast very good . One little thing to improve in breakfast- I think the coffee (latte) should be free of charge. Everything else was wonderful!!!!â

Itâs a new modern hotel with nice design.
But they dont clean the rooms enough.
I took a shower in the morning and in the afternoon when we came back to the room they didnât even took the hair away from the bath and didnât changed towels.
The first day we arrived they had forgotten the sanitary paper in the toilet.
They have a roof garden but they play music so high until 02.00 at least so we couldnât sleep.
The breakfast was good.

There is a slight smell in some areas of the hotel, but didnât disturb are overall experience.
There is not enough sunbeds and people tend to get up as early as 7am to reserve.
The main restaurants is a little understaffed especially during breakfast and lunch to take drink-orders.
Would love to have waiters come out to the sunbeds and take orders instead of queuing by the bar.
Make sure the reserve A la carte dinners before you arrive to make sure you get all your included dinners.
