"Bra hotell i centrum av York, nära till tågstationen, lätt att ta sig runt. Rent och fräscht, bra sängar, bra frukost. Något utdaterade detaljer och viss service drar ner helheten ytterst lite."

"Rent och fräscht rum (lite snålt att vatten/kaffefaciliteter ej fylldes på dygn 2). God frukost med bra men inte överdådigt utbud. Luftkonditionering ej i funktion. Bra med parkering i garage bredvid hotellet, om än något dyrt. Perfekt läge!"

"Both the double bed and the extra beds for my teens were very comfortable. The room was spacious and well furnished, with good storage, and both a desk and a table. There was a nice lounge/breakfast area overlooking the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even let me check the room an extra time a few hours after checking out, as I thought I had forgotten something! Also had free luggage storage both before checking in and after checking out. Would absolutely stay again!"
