“The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The king suite was welcoming and comfortable, and the casino gaming floor offered a large variety of table games and slot machines. The buffet was exceptional, so we had the breakfast and dinner options.”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. However I paid for late checkout in advance and was somehow locked out of my room after 11:000 forcing me to waste time in line at the front desk to get a new key activated. Also staff were unaware of where I should go to refill my room’s water bottle. (Great filtered water at the hotel). But fantastic place to stay for sure.”

“The Lux worked great for us. We had a pup with us, so they placed us near the exit. We liked the location. We spent 3 days exploring the area around Seneca and Cayuga Lake. It was comfortable. We liked that there was a restaurant attached where we ate dinner a couple nights. I will be passing through the area again in a week and am planning on staying there again.”

“We had about a 40min drive from Rochester Ny I had booked the Treehouse cabin 1 night for Father’s Day upon our arrival they was finishing cleaning up our cabin one of the staff members gave me my key once I got in the cabin it was beautiful came with some cooking equipment and utensils bathroom was nice the hot tub was dope even with neighbors we felt like we was the only people there everyone was respectful I will definitely be back and next time for a longer stay!”
