I went with hotels.com thinking it was going to come with the full amenities such as sheets and beddings thatâs why I opted to book through hotels.com. However, after checking in, I realized hotels.com charged us more but arranged for a stay without beddings which was confirmed with the invoice after our stay...
âWe were passing through and booked Regency Inn the day before arriving. Lakeport was a nice little place by Clearwater Lake. The best thing about the inn was the pool right beside the lake. You have a marvelous view over the lake while swimming in the pool (the lake is sadly not swimmable). The room was typical inn standard and worked well for a family of four.â
âStopped for one night on our way from Lassen Volcanic Park to Fort Bragg. We just loved this hotel! So comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very nice and the wonderful pool was a plus. I highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to stay in Upper Lakeâ

âThis place is cute! I stayed In the tiny home for a night. Super comfortable and clean! The lake is directly across the street, which can be walked to or driven over to. It is a âprivate beachâ entrance reserved for the RV park/tiny home users. Although people can easily swim or board over to the beach, it was nice and clean. We will definitely be staying again but longer next time! So much better than a hotel!! â
âI loved the cottage I stayed in! Having a kitchenette, porch, A/C were awesome! The only issues were; no screen on door; shower curtain rings wouldn't stay in place.
Also fun were mini-golf, badminton, hot tub, pool, paddle boat.
