âWe booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. âActually this was a solid stay. Bed was awesome. And even tho there was a mishap with the sheets (our fault) cleaning service was prompt, took care of everything. Tv's need updating. And rooms are advertised as having mini bars, this is 100% not the case. Area is around hotel is solid. â

âROOST East Market is an excellent property. The apartment that I booked was a corner unit with amazing views. The unit was well-appointed in a modern, minimalist style with plenty of closets, a huge bathroom, a cool living room that featured those views and a nice bedroom. I was on the 6th floor so there is some street noise but it's relative to the time of day and worth it considering the views and location. The staff was friendly and very helpful! I would definitely stay at this property...
