Right from the start you feel that it is going to be different. With a private carpark, accessed via the No Through Road off Market Place, you are in a courtyard with two impressive stone Gothic Revival buildings - the old Sessions House (1841) and the matching County Hall of 1927 - which now houses the hotel.

âThe hotel was very simple with little service and without breakfast (but in the neighborhood). Good location to the beach and fun with reasonable room rates. No luxury but relatively clean.â
âWe were welcomed as soon as we drove into the car park. The accommodation is spacious with a separate lounge and bedroom with comfortable bed and heat pumps in both rooms. The decor is quirky with the added touch of an espresso coffee machine. We would stay again. â

âThis is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. âEverything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that itâs in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh â

"Lite Àldre stil pÄ rummen, men rent och frÀscht. Nyrustat badrum. JÀttetrevligt lÀge och bra med fri parkering. VÀldigt varm pÄ rummet dÄ det var ca 30 grader ute, ingen ca, men flÀkt fanns som hjÀlpte lite. Trevligt att radion med musik var pÄ nÀr vi kom in i rummet. Rymligt med dubbelsÀng, skrivbord och soffa. Otroligt centralt lÀge med mysig uteplats."
