The fully equipped eat-in kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy meals together in the dining area.

Directly from the apartment you have access to the garden and a spacious terrace, which invites you to relax outdoors.

We attach great importance to a natural garden, which is not only beautiful to look at, but also provides a valuable habitat for flora and fauna. Everything is allowed to grow wild in our garden - a paradise for native plants and animals. In our garden, you won't find neatly trimmed hedges or perfectly mowed lawns, but a natural variety of plants that are allowed to develop freely. We firmly believe that a natural garden is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also contributes to the preservation of biodiversity. Here, insects, birds and other small animals find a habitat in which they can feel comfortable and secure.
