    Klubbhuset ligger 7-10 minuters promenad nerför backen. Poolerna är utomhuspooler, de är vanligtvis öppna från Memorial Day weekend till slutet av september. Badtunnan är öppen året runt. Klubbhuset är öppet året runt för användning. Om du har en stor fest som behöver använda klubbhuset kan du reservera det, speciellt runt semestern.

    Tillgång till Fish Haven Canyon för ATV, snöskoter (The Sinks), vandring och mountainbike. Skidorten Beaver Mountain ligger bara 20 minuters bilresa bort. Två golfbanor inom 25 minuter! (Bear Lake Golf Course & Bear Lake West)
    Bear Lake West Golf Course ligger bara 10 minuter bort.
    Garden City ligger ca 9 miles bort, ca 10-15 minuters bilresa. Där har du tillgång till några restauranger och berömda Bear Lake shakes!

    Stort uteplats mot East med vacker utsikt över sjön. Utomhus Patio möbler. Torv område utanför på uteplats att spela! Stor uteplats mot väst med utsikt över bergen. Gott om parkering med plats för släpvagnar. Trailers för vatten och snö leksaker måste parkeras på fastigheten, inte på klubbhuset tack.

    Brandplats för att slappna av och njut av utsikten på kvällarna och hästsko groparna på norra sidan av huset. Det finns en grill på uteplatsen för vissa grillar på kvällarna.

This was a fantastic place to stay, if anything the listing undersells the available amenities. This is a very family friendly place to stay with all sorts of little extras available(Example: there was a potty training seat and high chair). Those little extra details made it feel like home away from home instead of just a vacation.

Great home!

We really enjoyed our stay here and live the neighborhood amenities. Host had great communication and everything was as expected or more. Would love to stay here again!

Very beautiful spot!

Well appointed and very clean place. Sits in a beautiful spot that makes the morning sunrise on the patio very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Awesome Property

Our family of 13 came to Bear Lake and the cabin was great! It had everything we needed and a beautiful view of Bear Lake. It was very clean! We would definitely use it again.

Perfect reunion spot

Had a wonderful time at this home - big enough drive for 2 boat trailers, tons of extras like paper towels and TP. Could use more dishes and silverware but everything you could need in the kitchen and the clubhouse pool was a favorite with the younger crowd. Would love to stay again - private beach at the reserve is the best too

Perfect house

This house was perfect. We enjoyed the neighborhood beach, the pool, and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the place was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The extra fridge kept all our drinks cold. This is at the top of my list for future family vacations.

Family gathering

This cabin accommodated our extended family group of adults and young kids well. The mix of (comfortable) King beds and bunk beds was perfect. Four bathrooms allowed us to clean up simultaneously after beach play. The kitchen was amazingly stocked for cooking (pots, bowls, spices, kid's plates/bowls, etc.). Morning views of the lake graced our outside breakfast hour, and kids loved playing on the turf.

Great for families with young children

We loved the house. I agree with other reviews, this can sleep 12 if you have younger children. The location is beautiful and the private beach is a short drive. The marina is a 7 minute drive and towards north beach they had water trampolines and a water obstacle course that you can rent & drive your boat right to it. The pool and playground is right down the street that’s great for kids & town is a short drive. The beach room bed is super squeaky and the pillows are flat. The bunk bed beds are not the softest but the kids didn’t mind. The A/C had to be at 73 and it seemed a bit hot at times. The bedroom downstairs had water damage in the closet and there were buckets in the closet so that was a bit odd. Otherwise for price and location it is a wonderful house. We liked horse shoes at night and roasting marshmallows. I’d bring ice bc the ice maker was running out a lot with our group. Also, they didn’t have any wine glasses so that’s the only thing I say they could add. Toys, any kitchen spice or appliance, or outdoor supplies are stocked. We would stay again but we would take bath towels and fans.

Would go again for sure!

Thought property was much closer to lake, but ended up to be no problem. Loved having private beach w/few people even though it was a summer weekend. Amenities were awesome. Kids were never w/out something to do. We could have used one more queen/king bed and suggested putting twin bunks in one room, but that would not keep us from going again. We had 12 there and all had a great time!!! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great place!

Excellent location, had everything we needed! LOVED the back yard with the turf. The air conditioner was a bit of a deal, because it was so hot when we arrived. We wished we could have stayed a couple of days more!

Family Friendly

The amenities in the rental were clearly well thought out by someone who knows what families might need. The owners communicated very well and were very responsive. The views were spectacular. We are already planning to book again.

Great Stay!

The house is beautiful with a gorgeous view! You can wake up with a beautiful sunrise view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable! It was hard to leave. We loved everything! Host was great as well!

Perfect getaway!

We rented this property for a birthday and had an absolute blast. Close to Garden City and has an amazing view of the lake. Definitely want to rent again!
