âThe suite we had was very nice. The location was great, very walkable to different restaurants and the waterfront. Valet parking is cheaper than parking it yourself which is a bit odd but not really an issue (checking out it took a bit longer to get the vehicle but it wasnât crazy). I would recommend the Sutton Place and would come back again.â

âHotel is in a good location but needs a renovation. The rooms are dated. Door latch kept sticking and would take multiple attempts to open. Roof top patio is covered in bird poop. A fire alarm went off one night and the night staff was not helpful. He didnât keep his composure or communicate with guests.â
âThe staff went out of their way to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled by Air Canada. We were very grateful for the managerâs rate we were offered as a courtesy for the disruption even though it had nothing to do with the hotel!â

âThe free breakfast was superb. Thereâs good protein and variety everyday. Staff is hard working and friendly. I see one guy even clean the kidâs high chair belts and buckle. Fast turnover of tables during busy hours of the morning. â
