“Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great.”

“Barn door bathroom door came off the hinge as soon as we opened almost crushed us. Got charged a fee for my seizure dog. Night crew wouldnt answer any of our questions. Perhaps one of the worst stays ive had. Seeking a refund”

“They changed the room I ordered and had to put my party in separate rooms. It happened to one other customer in front of me and has to settle for a king bed with 3 people. The establishment is old and need of serious updates. The air conditioner would t cool below 75. The continental breakfast was terrible and few choices. The staff was friendly, but it hardly made up for all the negatives. Will not stay again. And will warn others not to as well.”

“We had a great stay here. The room was clean & tidy. It was close to shopping and restaurants. This Holiday inn had a beautiful sitting area with a wonderful view.”

“The room was clean. The beds were hard which some people like we are more of a soft bed kind of people. The pillows on the bed were very lacking very small and there was only two pillows on each bed. The pool was not open at all. And the continental breakfast was very lacking. We actually ended up leaving and having breakfast at restaurants for our entire stay. The parking lot is very small and tight, but overall our stay, there was good.”

“Outside steps were starting to crumble needed to be fixed/repainted No pets were supposed to be in the rooms yet. There was a large dog on the lower level in the room. Heater/air conditioner unit was very noisy Room was clean and beds were comfortable The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and prepackaged rice, crispy bars”

“Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly! I appreciated that the hotel is locked at night to prevent any unwanted visitors from entering. The only downside we encountered was breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on the weekends! Being from a different time zone, we were up early and had places to be! However, the breakfast was good on the days we did eat! For the price, I was very impressed with how clean, well maintained, and updated everything was! Would stay again if we’re back in the area!”

“This hotel was the most run down ghetto hotel. The bedding on the bed contained so many cigarette burn stains. The rooms were missing tvs and refrigerators. They pictures what they show and what you actually walk into is deceiving. Definitely false advertisement.Do not recommend I do not recommend I do not recommend. The amount they were charging for this room per night.It should have been -0.00 her night and I still will not stay there.If it was free, do not recommend.”
