“AC was good, food plentiful. Quiet. I requested a room opposite the main road., and I got that.”

“This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee.”

“Very clean bed sheet, blanket, floor, bathroom and shower. Staff were very polite, helpful and nice. Air condition and heater working fine. The room door had little opening at the bottom where the ants got in during the day and night. No table and chair which made us sit on the bed all the time. No rack for placing luggage therefore we had to place our luggage on the floor. No continental breakfast and coffee machine in the room. Not much channel variety on TV. Old movies and not easy to operate...

“The room was clean and perfectly functional. The outside needs some repairs. Location was excellent! Very convenient. ”

“Hot tub was great, but not covered. That wast so convenient since it was snowing. Rooms are not renovated, but nicely decorated. Otherwise great pretty property that feels like you are in the alps. The ski storage is only open until 9 though so after hours you have to bring your ski gear back to the room.”

“The room looked clean, but unfortunately it did not smell fresh. There was a noticeable odor, like dust and something stored away for a long time, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. With better ventilation or a deeper cleaning, the experience could have been much better.”
