“Det var bra rum och säng. Frukosten var bra.”

“Staff was friendly. The room was bare minimum. Had a funky smell, almost like of ammonia. The Wi-Fi never worked. Asked the staff attending and he had no idea how to make it work. The room had no hangers to hang clothes. No iron or ironing board. Only available if asked. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Exhaust didn’t work properly and even afterkeeping on for a long time never defogged the bathroom mirror. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked. The chair to sit was all torn. No table...

“The breakfast was delicious! I chose this hotel because of the pool. The pool was “under maintenance” the whole weekend so I never got to swim. And our room did not have any hot water. We told the front desk Friday night and they said they would fix it. We left to go to dinner. No hot water Saturday morning. We let the water run and turned on the sink and still not hot. “Fine place. No issues. 15 minute drive on highway to Fairfield university.”

“Ok hotel. Good price. Clean. Felt safe. ”

“I strongly advise others to think twice before staying at this location. Do not reserve a room here—not now, not in the future. Based on my experience I had with a particular staff member named Avy, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take accountability and address this behavior before another customer has to go through the same ordeal. Further action will be taken on my behalf to ensure this matter is brought to the attention of the appropriate parties and handled...
