“I loved it was so close to busy Chicago but in the quiet subarbs where it was nice and quiet and felt very safe.The rooms were excellent and well equipped and the kitchen was full of snacks to eat when you wanted and a great selection of drinks.
If I ever came to Chicago I would stay here again also the hosts were fantastic ”

“We stayed here because of the closeness to the airport. We missed our connection flight at Chicago O'Hare airport and were forced to spend the night in Chicago. The shuttle to the airport the next morning was a great perk. Check-in was quick. We were stranded without luggage and the free toothbrush and toothpaste were really appreciated.

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "

The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the US is an add on. However, Swissotel actually gave credit that could be used for breakfast and dry cleaning so the 25+tax could be used in some ways.
The automatic elevators was a big plus, waiting time short and effective use of the elevators, more hotels should have this setup"
"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"
