Guest access

You have full access to the entire downstairs unit and outside patio with outdoor couch as well as front yard common area, which includes fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor beach shower. (First come first serve!)

This is a duplex. You will most likely have neighboring guests, unless you rent out the entire property!



This is a downstairs, first floor, ocean facing unit.


Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. This is strictly enforced to honor our neighbors and the city permit!



Guest Access:

You have full and private access to the entire downstairs apartment during your stay. This includes your own comfortable living space, fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms. Outdoors you are welcome to relax on the private patio featuring an outdoor chairs, which is perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. You also have access to the front yard common area, which is shared with the upstairs unit. This shared space includes a fire pit, a barbecue grill, and an outdoor beach shower. Please note that the beach access is just one hundred feet away via the public walk over.

You are positioned just one hundred feet from the public beach walk over, making it effortless to spend your days soaking up the sun or strolling along the shore. For your dining and shopping needs, the vibrant downtown area of Flagler Beach is only a four minute drive away. Here you will find an array of local restaurants, cozy coffee shops, lively bars, and unique surf and gift shops that capture the authentic spirit of the coast.
