Evergreen House sits on five private acres of forested land, offering rare seclusion, space to roam, and a true sense of retreat — while still being an easy drive to Flagstaff’s best dining, skiing, and outdoor adventures.

-Private full-size 9-hole disc golf course set throughout the property (course listed on UDisc)
-Hot tub for relaxing after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring
-Propane-fueled stone fire pit, perfect for evening gathering under the stars
-Immediate access to nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, with many more trail systems a short drive away

Guests will have total privacy for the duration of their stay. However, the detached office space and detached garage will be closed to guests.
