Cozy home in the forest, close to Sedona, Snowbowl

Enjoy a family-friendly home backing acres of forest! This 3 bed/2 bath home has everything you need for a comfy stay with quick access to Sedona/Flagstaff/GC/Nordic hiking trails and the quiet peace of the forest right out the back door. Enjoy the house’s bordering acres of state land or cozy up with a book inside by the fire. All new bedding, fully stocked kitchen, toys and all the amenities you may have forgotten are here! Trusted babysitters on call.
The space
Our home is located in a small neighborhood and the fenced backyard opens into acres and acres of forest. During the winter you can build snowmen, cross country ski or sled right out the back door. In the spring and summer you can enjoy quiet walks and listen to the breeze through the trees. The house is located right next to NAU but is conveniently located for easy access to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and Snowbowl--perfectly centrally located in southern flagstaff.
We have set up the house to be able to cook, relax and enjoy a vacation. We live nearby and are always available to help with directions, suggestions or to drop off any specialty items you might need during your stay (extra pots and pans, specialty kitchen items, baby/kid things!).
We have a high chair, crib and kids toys/books in addition to grown-up games and activities at the house.
We have extra pillows in addition to the ones already on the bed in each room and plenty of linens/towels and blankets.
The kitchen will have most anything you need to cook small or large meals, there is a gas grill in the backyard and a picnic cooler for going on hikes!
The TV is set up for basic cable and has a Roku for streaming. There is also a DVD player and high speed WiFi. If you need to borrow some DVDs just let us know!
Guest access
The entire home! It is exclusively a vacation rental so the entire home is yours to use. Closets are empty (aside from extra pillows/blankets). Fully stocked kitchen (including crock pot, blender, serving dishes), washer and dryer, 2 car garage, iron, blow dryer and lots of other little items to make your stay more comfortable.
Other things to note
We are just 2 minutes from sledding at Fort Tuthill! The new sledding area has man-made snow, food trucks and lots of fun!
The house has a 2 car garage, which guests are welcome to use. Keep your vehicle warm during the winter months!!
We also have baby/kid items that we can provide upon request (age specific toys, baby gates, etc). Sledding right out the back door.
