Remodeled, Great for Family, Luxury Ranch House på Continental Golf Course

Välkommen till 4000 kvadratmeter komplett och fullständig avkoppling. Vackert high end helt ombyggda moderna ranch hus i Continental Country Club. Perfekt beläget på 13: e tee box par 3 (du kan även dyka ut och slå några bollar på en långsam dag;). Detta fantastiska hem är perfekt för en snabb tillflyktsort eller längre vistelse. Bred öppen planlösning är perfekt för underhållande av stora familjer eller flera familjer.
I sitt tidigare liv var detta hem välkänt i grannskapet som "festhuset" och du kommer att se varför när du lägger ögonen på det stora vackra familjerummet! Det är en underhållningsdröm med full bar uppställd (bara ta med dig sprit), överdimensionerad sektion, flera t. v.'s, spelcenter och gas eldstad för mysiga vinterkvällar.
Ljust öppet kök utrustat med toppen av linjen apparater för den framstående kocken. 36 in. 6 brännare Gas Thermador, Electrolux överstor alla kylskåp alla frysar med ismaskin, utrullning av mikrovågsugn och Keurig K-kopp kaffebryggare. Njut av din morgon joe sittande på den stora ön och kolla på den vackra golfbanan eller ta reda på nyheterna.
Master svit med enkel och modern inredning har king size-säng, TV och stor walk in closet komplett med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Spränga ut stora arcadiedörrar på den privata uteplatsen. Vandring i regndusch för 2 (eller hela familjen) har också handhållits för den ultimata semesterupplevelsen. Hans och hennes handfat. Liksom allt i hemmet är alla armaturer lyxiga överst på linjen.
Beläget direkt tvärs över gatan från Country Club och Oakmont Restaurant.

A Hole-in-One Stay in Flagstaff

We spent a long weekend in Flagstaff for a golf trip with family and friends, and this home could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was exactly as advertised, beautifully remodeled, spotless, and designed with both comfort and entertaining in mind.The location is unbeatable. Sitting right on the 13th tee box at Continental Golf Course, we could watch the action (or sneak in a few swings ourselves). We also made the easy drive to Williams to play Elephant Rock, which was a great experience. One of our favorite parts of the trip was being able to walk across the street to the Oakmont Restaurant in the evenings. Most nights we ended up there for drinks, live music, and a laid-back, fun atmosphere.Inside, the home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances and a huge island perfect for morning coffee or late-night snacks. The open floorplan gave everyone space to spread out, and the oversized sectional and full bar setup made the living area the go-to hangout spot for our group.This place truly feels like a vacation home with the comfort of a personal retreat. We’ve already decided this will be our go-to spot anytime we’re in Flagstaff. Whether you’re golfing, relaxing, or gathering with friends and family, this home checks every box.

Wonderful weekend away

Home was perfect. Amazing location, wonderful Layout with plenty of space for large group or just a group that wants adequate room. Contacted the owners once for a quick question and were very fast to respond. We come every year for an event and will definitely rent again.

Exceptional home for a large group

What a find! We needed a house near the Continental Country Club that could accomodate 6 adults(3couples)for a music festival. It was important for us to find a property that offered at least 3 King or Queen beds that didn't include bunk beds(we're all over 50 years old 😃). Very hard to do in this neighborhood so I was happy to find this listing. The house is exactly as described and as pictured, although the photos don't do it justice. It is a very open floor plan with so much natural light and beautiful views of the golf course. It is well appointed with every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. I think the house may have been recently remodeled and their design choices were superb--such a clean and classy ranch style home. I highly recommend booking this house for your next family or group vacation. My only regret is that we didn't book an extra day after the festival to just sit on the patio and enjoy one more day in this gorgeous home. We will definitely be back!

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS

This property is perfect for a larger group with kids. The pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen is awesome…2 large family rooms…ping pong table…master is huge…great location….we had a blast!!! Dino was very responsive. We will come again for sure!

Perfect home for a family/friend gathering

The property and house were just what we needed. Large outdoor area for the kids to roam, a trampoline for them to enjoy. A playroom for the adults to play games and be loud while not disturb sleeping children. There was so much space we didn't have to worry about running into people in the kitchen or tripping over kids. Also no waits for the bathroom since there are 4.

Long awaited family reunion

Fantastic Stay

Our group had an awesome experience at Dino’s house. It was on the golf course where we played 2 days in a row and the golf course was a lot of fun. The Oakmont Restaurant at the golf course is a great spot to have food and drinks and enjoy the perfect summer weather in Flagstaff. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy a fun weekend with friends. We will definitely be back!

Great Golf Getaway

Excellent house! We were in town for a golf trip including two rounds at Continental and couldn't have been happier! The location is literally across the street from the clubhouse. The house itself had nice, upgraded features throughout, was super clean and easily accommodated our entire party. The host was quick to respond and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to play golf or that just wants a modern, updated house!

An excellent place for a big crowd

We only had four adults and three kids but this place can entertain many more. Large living area with a nice bar and a TV and Ping Pong table was fun. Kitchen and all bathrooms were real nice and new. I wish we could use the garage to park our cars specially when we had ton of snow during our stay. And also a door to separate the master bath and the laundry room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much!!

BUYER BEWARE - OWNER IS A DISHONEST MAN

I rented this home with a few girlfriends for a 2-night stay to ski Snowbowl. When we arrived, the home seemed to be in normal condition. We were disappointed that the house did not have a gas fireplace as advertised and the cheap vertical blinds fell out any time you breathed on them - it was apparent someone had re-inserted broken ones in an attempt to "fix" them. Nothing that would ruin the trip. Later I would find what looked like feces smeared on one of the walls in one of the guest bathrooms - I wiped it off and I regret not taking a picture of it to prepare for what would come later from this owner. Upon our departure, we washed every dish, cleaned the kitchen, and followed the departure instructions to a tee. As a group of middle-aged women, all with executive jobs, we take pride in how we treat other people's homes and would only treat a home as we would treat our own. I was stunned to receive an email from the owner Dino with outlandish false claims about property damage we allegedly created. He sent photos of scuffs on the walls, paint chips/peeling on the door frames, broken dishwasher (that showed nothing in the photo), and broken vertical blinds. The only "damage" that was accurate were the photos of the white towels we used that had makeup on them - of course the photos were taken before the towels were even washed. The owner is now trying to extort money from me for damage that existed before we arrived. Buyer beware- this man is not honest. If you do rent this home, be sure to detail EVERY minor scuff mark, paint chip, etc. upon arrival or else you will be blamed for it. I have traveled all over the world and rented homes and have never had an experience like this - it's a shame what some people will do.
