Parking: Communal parking is available for the unit. There are no assigned parking spaces.

Guest have full access to the home with exception to a closet to keep supplies

Guests are free to reach out anytime they please. We highly encourage guests to reach out if they have any questions or need help with anything. We will have some regular scheduled correspondence sent for important check-in and checkout info.

Tucked away in the peaceful continental country club neighborhood surrounded by towering pines, you’ll be just a short drive away from downtown Flagstaff, local hiking trails, and day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and more.

Home policies:
-No parties
-No smoking ($500 fine)
-We do allow pets for an additional fee (No cats). Our policy is `all-four-on-the-floor.` No pets in beds or on furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if violated. Sheets and bedding will be discarded and guests will be responsible for replacement if pet hair is found. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.
-There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time. $30 for every 15 min past checkout time unless previously arranged with host
-We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus $50.00 flat rate fee.
-Damaged items: If any item is damaged or stolen, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement plus a $25.00 replacement fee.
