Extra Notes:

Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Our policy is “all four on the floor”—please keep pets off the furniture and bedding. Be sure to include pets in your reservation so the appropriate fee can be applied automatically to your stay.

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes*
-No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-If Hot Tub is found dirty, there is a $100 fee that will be processed for draining and refilling.
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
