“Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all...

“This was a fantastic resort for a family! The pool was beautiful, the staff was very accommodating, and the restaurants were great. We booked an ocean view room, and it did not disappoint, we actually ran into some issues with our AC and the maintenance staff responded quickly and when it couldn't be fixed they gave us a new room with no hesitation.
