"The staff are friendly. You have to get there by metro and tram from the central station, but it's close to a tram station, and there are lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby, creating a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
The facilities seem a little old; when I first stayed in a room on the 8th floor, I was bothered all night by noise from what seemed to be the air conditioning equipment on the floor above. The next day I was moved to a room on the 2nd floor, which was much more comfortable.
The gym on the 8th floor offers great views, so please visit if you have the time.
Overall, I was glad I stayed at this hotel."
