“We really looked forward staying at this hotel because it looked amazing. Reality was not so amazing… the house itself is wonderful but everything is cold and empty spaces. Staff is nice as always but that’s not enough for the price you pay. It’s a 2 star hotel playing dress up as a 4 star… restaurant closed, bar closed. No spa no service. But in their description it all sounds amazing and exclusive.
The pool is small in the pictures so we had no problem with that part. But the sunbeds are right...

“The hotel staff were great. The hotel is pretty far from the BTS station and malls, but the hotel made it easy to get to with the free Tuk-Tuk transportation. The hotel driver made many recommendations to out daily destinations and we highly appreciated them. The hotel room was great and we liked the accommodations. We stayed for 5 nights and only tried the drinking hour once and liked it. I would stay here again.”

“Beautiful hotel with flair even if it is a bit worn in places. Good and friendly service. Great extra was the complimentary massage. Don’t miss the cocktail happy hour. Also some free snacks and soda in the minibar. A calm place in the bustle of Chinatown.”
