“Very bad when we should check in and our european mastercard didnt work, although we already paid for the whole stay they didnt want to let us check in and not accepted cash so we had to solve it on a late night or sleep outside. Worst treatment ever, and we had 3 kids with us and everyone was very tired of a long flight.

“Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it.
With this said, I’d still stay here again! ”
“This was my third stay at this property. It is convenient to the places I'm planning to visit when I'm in NJ from California. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. The Pancetta restaurant food is excellent!”
“They did not make up the room even though we had the please clean sign out. The mat felt dirty and there were not towels etc. for all of us (but was provided when we asked for it). ”
“We originally booked a stay at the melrose but ended up getting upgraded to a suite at the hotel next door (The Opera House Hotel) it was really nice and clean and affordable!”
“Bra läge om man inte vill vara precis mitt i centrum. Det är nära till tunnelbana, två minuters promenad. Det är också mycket nära till Central Park och Imagine - minnesmärket efter John Lennon. American Museum of Natural History ligger fem minuters promenad från hotellet och precis vid ovan nämnda park.
De som jobbade med att ta hand om väskor, välkomna och öppna entrén till hotellet var mycket trevliga och serviceinriktade. Inte riktigt lika bra känsla på ett par av de som jobbade i...
“Anställda mycket hjälpsamma och vänliga. Rent och snyggt. Frukost möjligheter, te, kaffe så mycket man vill och diverse annat man kan köpa. Nära till Central park och Subways. Bra bageri runt knuten. Rekommenderar det verkligen. ”

"Ok hotell men för små rum och i min smak kitschigt. Men det ligger nära tunnelbanan som tar dig in till dom sevärdheterna som man måste se. Området är ok och om du pratar spanska klarar du dig bra. "
"Good place to stay for some period of time. Stayed in 14-bed room, but didn't have any inconveniences. The beds have curtains, so it's comfortable to sleep. Make sure you have sleeping mask and earplugs. Bathrooms are warm and clean. The staff is very friendly. There are also a lot of activities to socialize, if you want. Unfortunately didn't have time to participate. The location is good enough, near the 103rd station "1" trains. The area is also walkable."
