Hotell nära Flat Rock Brook Nature Center

“Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it. With this said, I’d still stay here again! ”

“Värda 5 stjärnor med tanke på hur rent hotellet är, fick städning varje dag riktigt bra utbud på frukosten, personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, hotellets position i New York är toppen med bil. Återkommer gärna tillbaka.”

“Good experience”

“One thing I didn’t like is that the people next-door was talking too loud and I my wife couldn’t sleep so we had to call the office and let them know. They came upstairs and told them to be quiet. I like the place I will go again”

“They did not make up the room even though we had the please clean sign out. The mat felt dirty and there were not towels etc. for all of us (but was provided when we asked for it). ”

“Pool var stängd sen 6 mån! Dåligt av Hotels.com att tillåta bild som visar den som inte är tillgänglig😤😡”

“Perfekt hotell för en dag med shopping. Bra ställe att äta på just utanför och trevlig personal.”

“Nice location next to two good subway stations at 167st that take you everywhere in Manhattan and also Brooklyn. Good size rooms and amazing showers with perfect pressure. Decent breakfast. Free water, coffee and bagles 24/7 in the lobby. Perfect for New York tourist.”

“Great hotel! However dinner was below expectations”

“We ended up in a wheel chair accessible room which confused us at first. It ended up being okay, but the way the bathroom was was strange. Staff was nice and friendly! Location was great as well.”

“The breakfast was great !!!”
