âThe accommodation is tired and needs updating. The rooms are very basic and were not very clean. The bathroom needs to be completely refurbished. The staff were helpful and pleasant but overall not a pleasant stay and would not recommend staying thereâ

âThe house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldnât climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they werenât sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.â

âWith 14 members of our extended family the large square dining table made meal times very user friendly. There were enough bedrooms to allow sleeping arrangements to suit all. There was a water outage for two and a half days - we understand there should have been compensation due - mention of this has been made to the host, an acknowledgement but nothing else so farâ

âCommunication with the property management was quick and clear. The house was dirty - surfaces had been wiped down and the bedding was clean, but the house had visible dirt and grime in the bathroom, kitchen, and windows. â
