“This place is hands down amazing! the drive itself to the property was so beautiful and we instantly felt at peace. arriving at the cabin mouth dropping view!! had no issue getting access to enter the home everything was well kept together even had some tour guides laid out, game of darts inside. loving owners greeted our family with care and offered wonderful sights of the property to view for our pleasure and recommend some good areas to explore/eat all around amazing hospitality. my babies...

“This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back.”

“Can't beat the location and the view! Idk if it was the time of year or if it's normal but the nice & quiet we enjoyed was a rare find. You can find your solace here. The view is worth the almost 9 hr drive. However, you need to arrive during the day bc at night the propery blends in. The tree house is compact, well thought out, & decorated nicely. It would have been really nice to use the outdoor area but it was a bit nippy.”

“My family gathered here for the holidays. The home as is described online, but the "feel" can't be captured in pictures. The house immediately felt like home to all of us. We enjoyed cooking together in the open kitchen, games of pool, movies (ample lounge space). Being on the banks of the White River, campfires on cool nights and walks on the quiet rural road were highlights. We'll definitely return!”
