“It is very nicely located by the beach. They were friendly and helped us with codes that we hadn't received before, the same evening we arrived. However, the floors were really dirty and the main room reeked of urine. We couldn't air out the stench and had a hard time being in the room.”

“We absolutely loved this property!!! It was so quaint and cute and close to lots of restaurants. It was a 10 min walk to the beach. We had our two dogs with us and the people at the property were so welcoming! Speaking with Jeremiah was quick and easy and check in was simple. We will ABSOLUTELY be back.”

The property has been updated, but some basic maintenance would make it better (dirty vents/filters, loose doorknobs, dusty blinds, lightbulbs out, etc). “We go to Fort Fisher so we did not need to be in walking distance so this was perfect. The room was very clean. The landlord very responsive although we never saw them (that was fine with us, we didn't need anything). The room was small but more than adequate. We had a great weekend!”
