“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“Incheckningen var lite av en mardröm då den tog strax över en timme att genomföra.
Ett fantastiskt dåligt system för handdukar och solstolar. Omöjligt att få tag på en handduk om det är mycket folk och lika så solstol. Därtill är ju människor allmänt svin och ”paxar” stolar, något hotellet borde kunna hålla efter. Resturang och mat var väldigt bra men det var väldigt mycket registreringar här och där innan man fick tillgång till ett bord. Även i buffén.
Personalen är trevlig men har inte det...

“Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!”

“The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and easy to contact. The hotel was up in the mountains and far away from every where. Nothing is in waking distance. They were doing construction on the outside of the building while we were there. The neighborhood boys would come to the basketball court early when they were out of school and you could hear them, so there's no sleeping in on the weekends or early evening hours naps. “Hotellet ligger långt ifrån allt, vägen dit är dålig, hyrbil är ett måste. den enkla men goda maten kostar fyra gånger mer än på turistorterna och dryckerna är också hutlöst dyra. Dom underbart trevliga flickorna som jobbade på hotellet blev illa behandlade av ägaren inför gästerna. Vårat rum var väldigt litet, dålig säng och inplastad madrass. Hit åker vi inte igen.”

“Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.”
