Vi gÄr den extra milen för att se till att din vistelse Àr bekvÀm i modernt men rustikt loft pÄ 1600 kvm. Detta Àr en historisk egendom som fungerade som ett stadsgarage pÄ 1800-talet och början av 1900-talet. Det var helt ombyggt, men du fÄr fortfarande uppleva den exponerade tegelstenen och mÄlningen pÄ vÀggarna. Fastigheten ligger i hjÀrtat av Florens, pÄ gÄngavstÄnd till fantastiska restauranger och butiker. Denna fastighet Àr tyst och rymlig.

Parkering finns utanför.

Vi tillhandahÄller grunderna som servis, köksredskap, grytor, kastruller, bestick, schampo, balsam, kroppstvÀtt, lotion, tvÀttmaterial, tvÀttmedel, plastpÄsar, folie, kryddor etc.

Vi har Roku-TV-apparater i sovrummen sÄ att du kan strömma filmer och du kan titta pÄ kabel via Spectrum-appen.

Det finns en svallkylare i det viktigaste vardagsrummet och fönster AC-enheter i sovrummen. StÀng av dem innan du lÀmnar.

Beautiful, cozy and welcoming. Centrally located to ensure you are in within a manageable driving distance to the Royal Gorge, Garden of the gods and Pikes Peak. Walking distance to local brewery and restaurants. Our kids loved the amenities provided with the rental. Fully furnished kitchen made it nice when we did not feel like dinning out! Local grocery store 8 min up the road had everything we needed as well. We will stay again next time we are in the area!

Spacious and quiet. More amenities than you would expect. While it is next to a bar, it was still quiet, even on Saturday night. Friendly town. Be aware it's 19 steps up once you enter the front door.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming townhouse! It was the perfect location, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. (Seriously, the bed was absolute heaven!) The host was very kind and accommodating, too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I’m already dreaming of my next stay.

The property is just as pictured, and it is very well decorated in a cute modern farmhouse style. It is in a great location too, walking distance to the main street, brewery, and restaurants.

We had a great time in this beautiful loft. The loft was spacious and had everything we needed. We were fairly close to the Royal Gorge and Cañon City was only a few miles away. We could hear some people talking outside the loft at night but for the most part it was great. If your getting drinks locally the local brewery on the corner is what I would recommend.

Entire second floor of a renovated turn-of-the-century building. Loft feel, with wood floors and wooden ceilings. Huge living room, with the biggest sectional I have ever seen. Unit kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and kitchwear. Exposed brick walls. Really a treat to stay here!

This was a great property in the perfect location. Located just a short walk from restaurants and shopping. I loved my stay in Florence.! The house was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with.

Once inside the property, it was as pictured on the web. Very well equipped and clean. Was a little taken-aback by the front entrance when we pulled up and not an option to sit outside as well. Host answered all questions promptly. Location is right across the street from the train tracks FYI. Only issues were lighting was not conducive to reading and the a few of the windows would not stay open (up) on their own so had to prop open.

First time in Florence, nice little town! Very clean and organized!! Convenient to EVERYTHING! Just 2 blocks off Main Street and Florence Brewery around the corner!!!! Literally!! About 15 minutes to Cañon City/ train/ Royal Gorge. Don’t waste your time on finding a good restaurant- 2 sisters on main st. Is the BEST!! Breakfast lunch and dinner!!! Go check it out!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the town home. Much bigger than expected. very clean and well stocked with everything you may need. Within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and the Florence brewing Company in the small downtown area. Close to Canon City if you are planning on riding the train or going to the bridge.

The townhouse was wonderful. It accommodated our family perfectly. It had everything we needed. It was very well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, towels, linen, extra pillows, and fans. Everything was labeled to take out the guess work. It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, living area is very spacious and well decorated. It is within walking distance to everything in town. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone looking to stay in Florence, CO or the surrounding area.
