It has 1 bedroom and a studio room that has a single sofa/bed that can be used at an extra charge. The apartment has frescoes dating back to the 1700\'s painted on the walls and high ceilings. The building, with elevator, is located in the Santa Croce Square providing a central location to bars, restaurants, food stores, and other facilities that can be reached in a few minutes walking. The apartment also has air-conditioning, a fireplace, and high speed Internet connection. The owner took great care and devotion for aesthetic with the choice of materials used when decorating the apartment. The furniture and materials all combine for a feeling of warmth and nostalgia. There is also a lovely terrace off of the kitchen with table for dining al fresco during the summer and warmer evenings.

Apartment Pitturato is a 100 sq meters, located on the first floor (2nd floor American) and can be reached by elevator. An archway will lead you from the brightly colored and fresco entrance into the modern living room with its white couches and marble fireplace (working fireplace). In the living room is also a dining area with table for four. From the entrance with the archway is a corridor to your left that leads to a studio room that is completely decorated with frescoes. In the studio room is a TV with Satellite, a telephone, and a sofa that can be used as a single bed (the studio is not air conditioned because all of the walls are frescos and not allowed to be damaged). Next to the studio there is a bathroom with shower. The studio room is connected with the large and bright kitchen that has the access to a lovely terrace with table. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, oven, gas range, dishwasher, and American coffee machine. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed (can not be separated) and an en suite bathroom area with glass walls that has a sink and bathtub with hand held shower. The W/C is located in a different area enclosed within the bedroom. There is also a hair dryer and washing machine for your use.
