My room was dirty! It was in the shower that was nasty. I took pics even and I made the mistake of walking around with no shoes on and my gf wet were black the floor was so dirty!

READ THIS B4 YOU BOOK…,
You should be ashamed of yourself for up charging by 3x the regular price for a of a popular artist being in tow. This room wouldn’t have been worth the $85 they usually charge. Shame on you’ll, very disgraceful. And you’d think $260 you’d have a tv that works. You all should refund some money!

This place smelled of marijuana, people hanging out all night outside in the shadows, doors to outside that were only suppose to be accessible by key were never locked, room was dusty, the kitchen had no cooking or dinning supplies at all. Staff was very rude about it. Upon check in we had to call for somebody to come to the front desk and it took a long time like 15 minutes for them to come. She was not on the premises because she was dropped off at the front door in a big black truck.

The cleanliness of the room was EXCELLENT!!!! Very very clean, the room however, was very stark. No pictures on the wall no curtains on the window no cups, only 1 bar of soap. There were only hard plastic chairs to sit in and they were very uncomfortable. At check out the desk was closed and it was 9:00 am.

Check in people were very friendly. However there were a few issues. First of all the room had a musty smell, the small kitchen counter had dried juice on it. Bathroom floor was also sticky. There housekeeping is something to be desired. Pictures online didn’t come close to the room. Bed skirts were missing. Tv didn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Won’t be stopping there again. ☹️

Receptionist was very nice, professional and helpful. The main entrance, elevator and hallways had strong cigarette smell that was choking us. Someone had their door cracked opened and was playing very loud music and very loud on the phone. The keys to the door was not working. Receptionist had to come and try it severaly before it opened the door. The bed in the room was a small metal bed, smaller than a regular queen size bed with wrinkled sheets. Infact, we couldn't stay there so we asked for a reund and the receptionist was very understanding to do a refund. This is my first time with Extended stay and i will not patronize them ever again. I will stick with my choice membership hotels.

My stay was okay it’s more the office staff with the problem. They stay on site and if you have a problem early in the morning or late at night. They have a whole attitude problem. They want to charge extra to provide the service. I’m a travel nurse and I got off early one morning and my key didn’t work. The lady was mad because I guess they woke her up to come fix my key at 7 am. Goes on to tell me I need to book my room for more than one day because she’s not gonna keep coming down there before work to fix my key because I only extend day by day.

This was absolutely the worst hotel. Dirty, broken furniture, rude staff, dead bugs in cabinets, extra charges just for clean towels. I walked in the room, looked around and walked right out. Did not stay, got a different hotel.

This place was just okay. Definitely get what you pay for and honestly for the price we expected a slightly better hotel room. Checking in was really easy and the staff was friendly. The room was just so simple and honestly kind of sad. We had to stay in a smoking room because that was the last available. The room felt like a college dorm with cheap furniture. I would not bring my family or children here as the place just felt too sketchy and weird.

Disappointing for the money.
We had to call at the front desk to get someone to check us in even though we were there before the posted after hour times. Then hallways smelled like a combination of cigarette and Marijuana smoke. The room itself didnt smell, but it looked more like a 20+ yr old dorm room than a hotel room. The beds were essentially cots with a thin mattress on them. Couldnt even take a shower because the lever to turn it on was jammed. When we qent to check out at 9:15 there was still no one at the desk and there was nowhere to leave the keys, so we just left them on the counter. Not worth the $125 we paid for the room at all

Worst hotel experience ever!!!
My husband and I had to book a hotel last minute because we were flying out to Cabo the next morning and we needed a hotel close to the airport. We went on to Hotels.com booked this room for one night drove down from columbus oh only to get to the hotel and no one is at the front desk it says to pick up the phone a dial a number on the wall. I dailed the number after 40 seconds of following prompts I was placed on hold for 20 min a women answers I give her my name tell her I’m there to check in she says ok Kathy will be down in a minute to finish checking you in I stood there for another 10 mins she comes to the window I give my name she says “we ain’t got no room for you” I said well I have my confirmation number here she tells me she doesn’t need it because she only has 1 room left and it was under someone else name at this point I’m tired upset and confused because I’m trying to show her my confirmation number but she will not look at it instead she has me call the number back that was on the wall I call back and they tell me that when u book through a third party such as Hotels.com it’s not guaranteed that u will get a room because I was not top Priority since I did not book through them directly even though I was already charged for the room by the way was supposed to be charged when I checked in. So my husband and I slept in the car at the airport parking lot because all the other hotels were booked due to it being a holiday weekend I still have yet to receive a refund
