We checked into our room, which was dirty and not fully cleaned after previous guests. The floor had sticky spots and the bathtub was clearly not cleaned, with hair and dirt on the floor, plus a few hairs in one of the beds. The front desk attendants did everything they could to assist, but there were no other available rooms of similar size. There would be no credit or refund in moving to a smaller room, and because there was no manager on duty, there was nothing they could do. I spent over an hour of my night trying to sort through it before giving up and staying in the original room. Expedia customer service was helpful, but also limited in what they could do with no manager on duty.
