Trevligt centralt hotell
Ett mycket trevligt hotell nära till allt! En underbar takterrass där man kan äta frukost, men lämna inte din plats med mat kvar för då kommer duvorna! Om du missat något från frukost så se till att någon är kvar vid bordet- inga problem med duvorna på kvällen- mycket bra restaurang

Inte utan beröm godkänt
Ett äldre och där av lite slitet hotell. Dock så var allt rent och prydligt, badrum rymliga och dusch fungerade väl. AC fungerade väl och var lätt att justera. Receptionen ligger på tredje våningen men det finns en mindre hiss som om du har bagage rymmer endast en person i taget. Trapporna kan vara en utmaning för äldre personer. Läget är det här hotellets absoluta behållnig, endast ett stenkast från ponte Veccio. Personalen var tillmötesgående och tillgänglig för frågor. Andra faciliteter att nämna är takterassen med en trevlig utsikt över omgivningen. På det hela taget ett bra hotell för sin klass.

Mysigt hotell med perfekt läge
Vi bodde tre nätter på La scaletta och är väldigt nöjda. Vi hade lite otur och blev utan vatten under några timmar men blev kompenserade på ett mycket bra sätt. Hotellet har ett perfekt läge med gångavstånd till allt. Vårt enda klagomål är att det var extremt lyhört men har man inte problem med det så finns inget dåligt med hotellet.

Mysigt och perfekt läge
Gammalt hotell med lyhörda små rum där man dock gjort det bästa av ytan. Rören i husetborde bytas och det luktar lite avlopp i badrummet. Personalen är dock förträfflig och hjälper till med vad helst man önskar. Hotellets läge är perfekt!!!

If you only criteria is closeness to Ponte Vecchio then this is the hotel for you. Palace Pitti and Boboli Gardens are also super close. For any other criteria, probably best to shop around. Very loud hotel, the lobby WC was next to our room and only a glass door separated our room from the lobby, and there were renovations going on upstairs during our visit. Not the best appointed room, more like a budget hotel, which we didn't think we were paying for.

An older but fun building that is nearly like a maze to get to some rooms. Perfect area in Florence, right by the bridge and busy shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the music for the outside bar was blasting late at night near our rooms window until we asked to shut it off. Also would not recommend for people with disabilities as there are stairs all over the place! We enjoyed our stay though!

The hotel has a unique position and it is an antique palace, the rooftop terrace is wonderful. Nice staff. The breakfast could be better.

The facility was pretty amazing and made us really feel like we were in Florence. We had luxury suites that faced an interior courtyard. It was quiet and you could hear birds chirping at dawn. There were espresso machine, fridge and hot water pot in the room. The bathing and toilet facilities were in the room were very nice. Our beds were large and comfy and the sofa beds made up for the kids were great. The WiFi was good, the breakfast was great and had a selection that could please anyone, even the pickiest. My kids were big fans of the automatic fresh pancake maker. I was a fan of espresso drinks to order and the spinach quiche.

Die Lage ist toll. Im direkten Umfeld sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und lokale. Alles isst zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist leider sehr laut und die Zimmer sind nur mit dem nötigen ausgestattet. Auch der Zugang ist nur über viele Treppen erreichbar. Auch über das Frühstück kann ich nichts gutes berichten. Der Raum ist sehr eng. Wenn Mann keinen Tisch am Rand bekommt, wird Mann zwangsläufig dauernd von anderen Gästen gestoßen. Die Auswahl und Qualität ist gerade noch als brauchbar einzustufen.

Great place to stay (especially solo)
Great place to stay super close to Ponte Vecchio. Room was large and very comfortable. I had a little garden view ! It was great!!! I felt super safe!
