Perfekt läge
Detta måste vara det optimala läget, på "rätt" sida om Arno - den södra - vilket beyder att man snabbt kan promenera bort från det turistfyllda centrum norr om floden samtidigt som man har kort promenadavstånd från alla sevärdheter i centrum strax norr om Ponte Vecchio. Från Fort Belvedere har man fantastisk utsikt över staden i kvällssolen och förvånansvärt få turister orkar gå den korta (men branta) promenadvägen upp till denna pärla. Här avnjut vi drinkar i fortets charmiga utomhusbar, såg fantastisk konst (tillfällig utställning) och lysnade på jazz.

We really loved our stay at Hotel Lungarno. We were treated to an upgrade with a bridge-view room, and the room was perfectly prepared for my toddler as well, with dedicated slippers and a bath set. Everyone was super attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great with a wide selection and excellent coffee. We'd stay again if we come back to Florence!

Excellent hotel, probably one of the best we’ve stayed in. All staff from front desk check-in, concierge, breakfast and cleaning staff are polite, attentive, and caring. Service is impeccable. The hotel itself and the artwork is lovely. Really enjoyed our stay, grazia mille to the lovely staff!

This place was incredible. I’ve stayed at a ton of nice hotels, this one might be my favorite. The staff was incredibly hospitable and would tidy the room whenever we left—it was such a nice touch. 5 stars.

When I asked about a gym they said that for 30 euros per day I can go to a gym close by. Not sure how a hotel can be five star rated if it does not have a gym. Concierge is knowledgeable and helpful. Very conveniently located to walk around.
