Riktigt trevligt hotell!
Hotellet ligger precis invid Arno ett par km från centrum av staden. Vi trivdes mycket bra på hotellet som var rent, välskött och hade en trevlig spa-avdelning. Trevlig personal gjorde vistelsen riktigt bra. Rummet var charmigt och hade balkong med utsikt över floden. När vi åker tillbaka till Florens så kommer vi att bo här igen!

Ett mysigt hotell i en ljuvlig stad
Jag njöt av min vistelse vid detta lilla hotell. Det ligger ett par kilometer öster om Ponte Vecchio. Frukosten är utsökt och det fanns många saker att välja mellan. Möjligheten att låna en cykel var perfekt!

Allt har fungerat perfekt. Vi saknade en helkroppsspegel på rummet. frukosten lite dyr men superb. Rummet och Spa samt städningen sticker ut. Vi är helnöjda.

Jättetrevligt hotell
Vi hade rum med balkong mot floden och egen jacuzzi, väldigt fint. Ligger kanske 2km från absoluta centrum, men det var lätt att ta sig dit. Hotellet lånar ut cyklar gratis. Lugnt och fint poolområde ute och ett mysigt spa inne. Mycket bra service och fint hotell på alla sätt. Dyr frukost, men mycket bra.

Perfekt parsemester
Mycket fint hotell som var perfekt för en weekend med mannen. Vi fick med både poolhäng, stadsvandringar och löpturer längs floden. Vi hittade bra restauranger på ganska nära avstånd och en bit i från turistkvarteren. Båtklubben på andra sidan floden bjöd på en fantastiskt trevlig kväll med både god mat och bra musik framåt natten.

Verkligen 5 stjärnigt, "Hi Sir, Hello Sir, Godmorning Sir"! Lite långt ifrån stadens kärna, vi hade bil så vi åkte in och parkerade bilen utanför "innerstan" för att sedan gå den resterande biten.

Loved the location and service from each individual my husband and I encountered. Walking distance to the plazza de la republica where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s approximately a half hour walk but so worth it. Bring your comfy shoes! Food was amazing in the hotel restaurant loved the breakfast buffet worth the $25 euros for it! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a great stay and we hope to visit real soon!

Lovely hotel right on the river Arno. 1.5 mile walk to town but hotel has a great shuttle service and the bus stop is also only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was really nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Spa area was really nice, used it three times during our stay, one hour included per day, pool with jets, sauna and steam room. Had it to ourselves each time as we were there in low season. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Florence.

This is a nice hotel but overpriced and all about money. The breakfast is 25 euros per person and we had barely started eating the buffet before the waiter started trying to collect money. We ate lunch here and it was very overpriced for basic food (35 euros for a glass of red wine!!!). The controls on the hot water in the shower were broken. Otherwise it’s a nice setting.

We would like to inform you that breakfast price is always communicated in advance, and we show the bill at the end of the service. Regarding restaurant prices, there could have been a misunderstanding because a glass of red wine is 7,00. First dish is around 16,00, therefore for 2 people with 2 first courses, 2 glasses of red wine and a bottle of water is 51,00 in total.Regarding the controls on the hot water, we are sorry about it, and we apologize for this inconvenience. 1) Check-in was supposed to be 2pm. But the room was ready at 2:50pm. 2) Bathroom smelled bad. 3) Found a spider under our bed. 4) We could hear cars driving night/morning 5) Restaurant food was good.

Our room was so big and comfortable, the hotel grounds are beautiful. We were hoping to swim but there was a rainstorm during our stay. I will say it is a bit of a walk to the city center but we used the hotel shuttle which was great and taxis. The hotel staff was so helpful and kind. They even gave us a little bag of snacks and waters when we left. We would highly recommend this hotel!

A lovely large villa. We had a beautiful large room with beautiful views of the river from our balcony. A few things though disappointed me and made our stay less than perfect. 1. The property provides free shuttle to the centre. However this is not there in the afternoon. It is about 10-15 mins away from the centre and costs €20 each way by taxi. Not a deal breaker though. 2. I called the hotel when I was booking the stay a few months ago to check if the room we weee booking had a queen bed and 2 proper single beds as our children are 16 and 13. I was assured they were proper single beds. However one was a sofa divan type thing with a good mattress and the other was a pop up bed which was very unsatisfactory. 3. The food is very expensive and unfortunately there was nothing on the menu we saw we would like. Most good restaurants are in the centre. But the hotel allows food delivery which is good. 4. Only 1 bottle of water provided for a family of 4. All hotels I have stayed in have provided 2-4 bottles. 5. The outdoor pool is not heated which is ok. It is quite small and has a depth of 1.7m. So younger children would not really enjoy this. 6. The indoor spa and pool has to be booked for a 1 hour slot. We missed our slot due to train cancellations one day the youngsters were disappointed, we were really hoping to relax after a whole day at Cinque Terra. All in all, nice hotel but less than satisfactory stay for us. I guess it would be nice for couples.

Riverfront haven with helpful staff
Beautiful setting along the river. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Spacious room, clean, well maintained and beautiful furnishings. Only thing not amazing were the pillows which were a little flat. Staff was very helpful and helped me retrieve my cell phone from a taxi that I left it in - avoided a huge inconvenient tragedy! My wife wants to go back and the rest of our trip now is being measured against this hotel..

Beautiful hotel by the Arno river
We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool.
