Ej fungerande AC
Vår AC fungerade inte och det blev därför väldigt varmt i rummet. Vi bad om att få byta rum vilket inte var möjligt och fick istället en fläkt som knappt fungerade. Vi påtalade detta vid utcheckning och de bad om att få återkomma med kompensation, vilket de inte har gjort efter påminnelser. Frukost erbjuds på en restaurang cirka 5-7 min promenad bort. Läget är mycket centralt och bra bredvid Duomen.

Mysigt och frächt
Mkt frächt nyrenoverat hotell med personliga rymliga rum. Viss störande morgontrafik men samma gata är gågata på dagen.

I liked the excellent service in our hotel. The ladies working there where extremely nice, competent and helpful. I honestly wish them well. What was close to a horror was our room (I think it was called Piagga). You gotta go to the upper floors only to open a door where directly after entering there are stairs leading to some kind of lair from hell. If this was America, they would be sued already after the first broken bone. So, you gotta go a pretty long way down to your beds while being in your room already. Then you have just one window, looking outside to the backside of a building. Luckily there is a working air conditioner, because the air in the room is so bad because of the one and only window you have you gotta keep closed because a) pigeons might enter your room and b) there is somewhere a restaurant and you will be surrounded by the stink of grease. So air conditioner it is. The kids called the room after they where tired of museums "the basement". Lets go back the basement, they said. And it is a basement indeed. All the rooms around us doesn't have so many steep steps at all, I think we might be the only one. The couch broke my back, I didn't want my kids to sleep on it. Can't still stand up properly. Location is good, because everything is in the near. The breakfast was inclusive,you get vouchers for a nice restaurant where there is a buffet. It's about 4 or 5 minutes away from the hotel and the people are there very nice and the food was more than decenttoo

This is our second stay. This time we had a great big and clean room. The beds were very comfortable. This room was quiet. But the Hall door did not work at all, what made us feel unsafe (since this is a bed and breakfast with partial reception service. The reception is closed at night and there are no night guards).

방이 깨끗하고 두오모 바로 옆에 있어 이동하기 편합니다. 직원분이 아주 친절하고 자세하게 안내해 줍니다. 다만 승강기와 방 사이에 계단이 있어 무거운 짐을 들고 이용하기에는 다소 불편함은 있지만 문제가 되지는 않습니다. 짐보관 서비스도 해주어 체크아웃에 대한 염려는 없습니다. 또 방문하고 싶을 만큼 맘에 들었습니다.

Great location
Great location in the centre of Florence. Room Lisboa was big, clean and comfy, had everything needed for a short stay. The noise from the street was really loud during the night when the street cleaners/rubbish removal were working. Margarite was very helpful, gave us a map and was very kind, other staff quite abrupt.

The only reason I give it 4 stars is because in the lobby area there is a bad sewage smell. The rest is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly.

La estancia no tiene una identificación fácil de encontrar. Una vez llegar queda en un edificio 2do. Piso que entras a una oficina, no hay lobby y llegas a pensar que no estás en un hotel. Las escaleras sumamente sucias. La selección que hice de la habitación en la página no fue la que me entregaron, estaba con deficiencia de mantenimiento (pared con humedad y hongo, puerta clóset despegada, bañera sumamente pequeña y no apta para personas mayores), todo esto le sumamos que no es nada barato. Por el precio que se pagó, considero deben ofrecer una mejor habitación. Lo único bueno es la cercanía a todos los puntos interesantes que visitar.

The room was spacious and the building had an elevator. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only thing complaint we had was that we had to buy a wine opener in order to enjoy a bottle in the room. We would still highly recommend this property.

Our room was roomy and very comfortable. Within steps of Duomo. Breakfast was delicious. Close to great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Property is within walking distance of all major attractions, right next to Duomo. One word of caution, there is no service available from midnight to 8:00 am even for emergencies. So for instance one gets locked out during these hours, there is no assistance available.

Tons of accommodations and points of interests within walking distance from this property. Highly recommend Le Stanze del Duomo if you ever happen to stay in Florence. Rooms are well kept and spacious. Highly recommend.

You are on your own. Receptionist is too busy to help. The pictures online are where? The stairs are dangerous especially the angled bottom step. The doors and locks are confusing. A major cut below good accommodations.

Good value for location. If you want to be in a central location, this is it. Access to train station was about 15 minute walk at the most. Hotel staff was very helpful.

Property was very convenient, the only complaint we would have is the noise at night. Garbage cans across the walkway were emptied a couple times a night and was very noisy.

Great location but no aircon. A challenging stay
Good points, comfortable bed, great location and friendly staff. Not so good points, our room was nothing like any of the photographs. It was much smaller. The safe was locked when we arrived and the air conditioning didn’t work for the 4 nights we were there. We reported the aircon on day 1 and each subsequent day but it was’nt fixed. Incredibly hot, no sleep and lots of outside noise made for a very difficult stay.

Best part- It was very close to everything Worst part - it didn’t feel clean at all, floor was dirty and felt like stranded apartment with old cups and pots inside the drawers that was an old kitchen counter and stained chairs. Good thing we stayed out most of the time
