Great Location
Loved this location. Everything you need is steps away. Wish the weather would have cooperated because I really wanted to spend some time on the terrace. Would highly recommend.

Santo Spirito Gem
Beautifully appointed apartment with old world charm and modern amenities situated right off Ponte Santa Trinita. The location was central to all the museums and there were several restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk. The outdoor patio was great for nighttime glasses of wine and for people watching. Luca was an accommodating host.

Fantastic
Really loved the apartment. The location was perfect. Just a short jaunt across the bridge and your into main attraction area with no car traffic. Plenty of great restaurants just downstairs. The terrace with the special corner was perfect for just watching the bustling on the street below. The bustling below could be very loud at times even late at night but we didn’t mind it. Kinda liked the energy. Gelato stand just across the street was very good and authentic. We visited many times.

Great location
The apartment is on "the other side" of the river and we couldn't have been happier. Great restaurants and shops and we appreciated Luca's communication and suggestions for the area. We would definitely stay again.

Speechless!
Words really cannot express how amazing, beautiful, and comfortable this apartment was! We would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to Florence. The apartment has EVERYTHING you could want or need. Perfect location right by the canal bridge. We walked everywhere. Thank you so much for letting us experience your home-it is spectacular.

Wonderful unique outdoor space in Florence!
This was such a fabulous place to stay during our time in Florence. The outdoor space allows you to relax after touring the city. The place is clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. It does have traffic noise, but that was easily remedied thru our phones’ sleep app that produces white noise. Love this place!

Gorgeous apartment, close to everything
Well-appointed, beautiful apartment right on a busy piazza just a couple of blocks from the river. We enjoyed the combination of modern amenities and updates with old-world charm and artsy touches. Easy walking to loads of cafes, restaurants and museums. Just make sure to bring your earplugs! The square below is a noisy one!

Great location
Santo Spiritu is a lovely little apartment in a great location close to everything visitors might want to walk to. It is perfect for one couple plus a second couple that doesn't mind the smallish second bedroom. The kitchen is tiny, okay for breakfasts, and light lunches. A challenge to prepare a full dinner. The patio overlooking the action at our intersection was picturesque, but very noisy during the day, especially at commuter times. The second bedroom is also noisy at night due to proximity of bars and restaurants. The location is perfect for people who like to be in the middle of all the activity. There are lots of excellent restaurants virtually next door. We enjoyed our stay and Luca, the owner/manager, was always responsive to our requests.

Remarkable property and host
The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated! The location is perfect and sits both close to the train station (6 blocks) and the nicest shopping district in Florence . The real unexpected piece of the property is the outdoor porch and covered seating area. Absolutely perfect with views and sounds of the city. Highest recommendation!!

The heart of Firenze
This is a lovely property. Lovely decor and terrace, comfy beds, high ceilings, nice bathrooms, great AC during a very hot spell, perfect location if you want to be right in the heart of things. Luca was super responsive in telling us how to get there and with questions we had along the way. We enjoyed dinners at 4 Leoni and Il Santo Bevitore; and were repeat customers at Gelateria La Carraia. Big fans of Floruit on Via dei Fossi and a ceramic shop in the same block for gifts and keepsakes. Enjoy!

Unforgettable little pied-a-terre in the best part of Florence
Skip the crowds and stay on this side of the River where you are more likely to run into Florentines at the little markets and restaurants than tourists -- this is a lovely, beautifully furnished apartment with an unbeatable location and a gorgeous outside terrace. We stayed for 2 nights with our two kids in June 2019 and highly recommend it. A true slice of Florentine life.

Right in the heart of the Oltrarno
This is the perfect perch to watch the visitors to Florence as they come across the Santa Trinita bridge to explore. We enjoyed our stay and in warmer weather we would have loved sitting outside and in the small room over the street. This lovely apartment is very well appointed with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and the furnishings are perfect.

Perfect for a quick hit in Florence
Everything is convenient: local grocers, specialty stores, restaurants...you name it. The terrace is fantastic and the little covered and enclosed structure at the end overlooking the bridge and pedestrians below is perfect respite on a rainy day. Fabulous apartment with a blend of elegant renaissance style and modern amenities (e.g., both bathrooms are fantastic). Luca is wonderful, and very responsive. The terrace offers the perfect spot to come back to after a day of cruising the Florence streets, churches, and museums. Location is perfect.
