Dyrt, väldigt litet rum! Många trappor, som en labyrint av gångar till rummet! Borde stått i beskrivningen att det var ett så litet rum, inte ens plats med väskan! Trevlig personal.

Jag kan verkligen rekommendera Porta Rossa. Otroligt bra läge nära till allt i centrum och nära tågstationen. Direkt när jag kom blev jag uppgraderad till ett de lux-rum med 5 meter i tak och en vacker takmålning. Hotellet i stort är smakfullt renoverat, man har lyckats behålla de gamla detaljerna men ändå gjort det toppfräscht. Jag bad om restaurangrekommendationer till två måltider och åt den bästa pizzan och pastan under hela min veckolånga Italien-vistelse. Mer än nöjd!

Great hotel with perfect location
My husband and I stayed at Porta Rossa for four nights and it was great! Nice big modern room, (superior room), very clean, quiet, fantastic breakfast, helpful staff etc. The location was perfect, very close to all sights and nice restaurants etc. The bed was a bit hard but still comfy, and I wouldn't have said no to a mat in the room (to make it more cozy) but apart from that a perfect hotel! I will definitely consider staying here again next time we go to Florence.

Bra läge och trevligt bemötande
Hotellet ligger bra till och personalen är väldigt hjälpsam. Enda nackdelen med servicen var restaurangen som rekommenderades, Cestello. Priserna var höga, vilket är helt ok om man får vad man betalar för. Men maten var definitivt inte av den klassen.

Rent, hög standard och utmärkt läge
Jag och min fru bodde 6 (sex) nätter i mitten-slutet av November, på anrika NH Porta Rossa, Firenze, i deras Superiorrum (en uppgradering från det enklaste rummet). 1) Det är värt att ta en egen rundtur på hotellets alla våningar. Det finns bla Fresker i taken och många bevarade originaldetaljer. 2)Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, som talar utmärkt engelska. 3) Rent och hygieniskt med mycket god standard (marmor och genuint trä är dominerande material). Vårt rum var väl tilltaget och hade en takhöjd på ca 6-7 meter, med välvt tak. Fönstren (englas) hade tjocka träluckor på insidan. Väl utbyggt värme och luftkonditioneringssystem. Du behöver aldrig frysa. 4) Frukosten är välkomponerad, har allt du behöver och lite till. Allt är fräscht och mycket hygieniskt. Olika sorters frukostflingor finns bla i enportionsförpackningar. Allt fylls på kontinuerligt. Ingenting står framme någon längre tid. Säg till vad du vill dricka för sorts kaffe eller choklad så ordnar de det. Det finns även glutenfri kost. 5) Daglig städning, utmärkt. Perfekt sträckta lakan. Inget slarv.

Suveränt läge, ett par kvarter från Ponte Vecchio, ändå lugnt och tyst. En fantastisk frukostbuffé med allt från wienerbröd till sojamjölk (och då menar jag ALLT). Städningen av rummet tog lång tid men det gör ju inget om man inte behöver vara där, allt glänste! Trivsam och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Ja, allt var fantastiskt!

Perfect for couples
A very welcoming hotel and service minded staff. The reception staff were helpful and able to answer all questions. The room was clean, tidy and fresh. Plenty of space for our luggage and a safety box for our valuables. The breakfast was one of the best we have seen in Italy. Good selection of both hot and cold and sweet. Plenty of fresh fruit and a good strong coffee. The street outside was quiet despite the night club further down the road. The only disturbance was the early street cleaning machine in the morning. The hotel was easy to find from the railway station and close walking distance to the sights.

Hotel is in a great location; however, the front rooms are very noisy until 2am. The hotel does not have a gym so you must use one that is a ten minute walk from the hotel named Florence Fitness for €15 per day.

Excellent Hotel Option in Firenze
The hotel is very good, excellent location, you can walk to any interesting location very quickly. Amazing service and very good breakfast. If you go by car, you better call the hotel because instructions to reach the hotel are not easy and not a simple GPS route.

The hotel is very well-located (though Florence is compact and walkable and this will be true for most hotels). It is in the heart of the high end shopping district. And just a short walk to most of the major sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is historic but updated.

Gorgeous historical property centrally located. Our triple had ample room and a bath and a half which was great for three female travelers. The daybed was a little smaller than expected. Staff went above and beyond.

Great service, lovely, welcoming, and cheerful staff. Tended to our needs. Made us feel welcome. A vast difference from some other hotels where I have stayed they treated everyone with respect and care. Bravo, Porta Rossa.
