Snyggt välhållet hotell, ljust och fräscht. Underbar trädgårdsoas med en pool och spa hägrade efter en dag i staden med temperaturer upp mot 41 grader. Bra läge för utflykter.

A delightful hidden gem in Florence!
We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel! It’s close to the center and was very easy to find although from the outside it doesn’t look much. However inside it was indeed a top star hotel and we were received by a lovely lady at the reception who was exceptionally friendly and professional, couldn’t feel more welcome! The room itself was superclean and modern and the spa facilities were awesome, both inside and outside pool plus the steam bath. I liked that you had to book appointment in order to receive a bit of privacy before joined by others and it was open until 9pm so we were able to enjoy it. They also have a gym, but it was super tiny and the air flowed badly there so it was like exercising in sauna, that can be improved. Another minor complaint is that the AC was a bit too strong in the room and we couldn’t figure out how to lower or turn it off, but as it was only one night we let it be... I’m sure the staff would have helped out if we’d asked for it but we were too tired. Breakfast was plentiful and food, with a mix of cold and warm dishes. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Bra hotell i Florens
Ganska nytt hotell som var i mycket fint skick. Personalen genomgående mycket trevlig. En härlig innergård där vi fick känna på lite skön vårsol.

Toppenhotell i Florens!
Superhotell i Florens! Går nästan inte att komma på vad som skulle kunna vara bättre - kanske vädret! Fräscht och modernt hotell med sober elegans. Personalen levererar med ett genuint leende och känsla. Fantastisk fin trädgård med pool och flera olika "rum" att slå sig ner i och bara njuta...om det nu inte råkar vara snöfall som när vi var där (första gången på 10 år). Restaurangen har fantastiskt god mat och viner till mycket bra priser för att vara på ett bättre hotell, och en frukostbuffé att bli lycklig över. Finns spaservice som vi visserligen inte utnyttjade men det fanns mycket att välja på. Ett gym som man i och för sig hade önskat vore lite större men det fanns ändå det man behövde. Omgivningarna kanske inte är det "roligaste" men nära promenadavstånd till allt och hotellet i sig var en underbar oas att sjunka in i. Som en gömd vacker pärla i en mussla.

Superfräscht
Bästa hotellet vi bott på i Italien. Sköna sängar, inte så hårda som de brukar vara. God frukost med allt man vill ha. Otroligt fräscht överallt. Jättetrevlig personal. Hotellet låg bra till. Nära skinnmarknaden och bara en kort promenad till centrum. Nära stationen också där flygbussarna och alla utflyktsbussar gick så bekvämt.Många bra restauranger runt omkring.Detta hotell kan varmt rekommenderas!

I loved the rooms at this hotel as well as how accommodating the staff were. I felt line this hotel gave us a perfect balance of the modern feel mixed with the Italian feel. I also loved the location and being able to walk to restaurants and some nightlife. My only gripe with the hotel was that the breakfast was always cold no matter how early I went down. Maybe that’s the way Italians eat their breakfast but I wasn’t a fan of that. And lastly we paid for spa access and we did get that but access to a masseuse for two people seem a little limited during our short 4 day stay.

新婚旅行で2泊しました。 施設は総合的にどれも素敵でした。 部屋、食事場所、庭園、ロビーなど、 どこも綺麗でした。 (スパは利用しませんでしたが結構使っている方がいて、良い感じでしたね！) 駅からホテルへ向かう道は歩道がかなり狭く、人通りが多く、ガタガタな道なので、スーツケースを持って移動するのはかなり大変でした。 フロントのスタッフの方へチケット購入の相談をさせていただいたところ、ネットと直接電話で調べてくださり、丁寧に英語でわかりやすく教えてくださってとても感謝しています。 食事処のスタッフさんたちもとても明るく接してくださいました。 朝食は甘いお菓子やパンがおいしかったです！ テラスも使えるので最高です。 部屋の広場はちょうど良い。 スーツケースを2つ広げると少し狭くなるけど許容範囲内です。 トイレやお風呂への扉が透明で丸見えなのが少し不便でした。 部屋からの景色はドゥオモが見えて最高です。 イタリア旅行の中で一番良いホテルでした！ ありがとうございました！

Excellent location. Lovely spa...need to book in advance. Shame it doesnt open in the morning. Fabulous breakfast with great selection. We also had afternoon tea included. Staff very polite helpful and accommodating. Room was a little on the small side for a superior room. Great location can walk to all attractions. Recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Fitness center and pool are small and require reservations, but they were easy to get and is just a small quibble. Location is great for Florence sites.

Perfect location for easy walking access around the city. The garden is an oasis from all of the bustle. So quiet and relaxing. Hotel staff were all great, helpful, polite and welcoming. Great facilities, very comfortable room, and the spa was a perfect addition for relaxing in for a few hours.
