Renaissance - Luxury 2-Room Apt with Frescoes

The Space:

The apartment has a private parking space, located inside the building. The use of the parking space has an extra daily charge. Contact us for full details!



IMPORTANT NOTE: The apartment is located in the ZTL, Florence’s limited traffic zone. To access the area by car without incurring fines, you must have a daily pass linked to your car’s number plate. Please contact us for further information!



Guest Access:

At Florence Charming Apartments, we are always here to provide you with all the support and assistance you may need. However, you can access the apartment independently thanks to the self check-in system, which also includes the self-registration of identity documents.



Inside the apartment, you will find every comfort and modern technology.



Other Things to Note:

You will access the apartment through self check-in, so from 3 PM onwards, you can freely enter your Florence Charming Apartment by following the instructions you will receive via email once the procedure is complete.



Our office ensures prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. Outside of these hours, we only respond to emergencies via phone or chat.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.



Upon request, we can organize a delivery and preparation of a baby cot (with laundry) and high chair. The extra fee for this service is 30 euros.
