Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feed-back about your stay at Room Mate Luca.We are very happy you had a good experience with our staff, who always strive to give the best service.As you mentioned the strategic location of Luca, absolutely close to the Accademy and all the main City attractions allow our guests to live in full the beautiful Florence.The 2 earbuds, were found by our housekeeping staff and as procedures were registered in lost & found and kept at the guest disposal. We tried to contact you to inform you about that but unfortunately we did not get any answer. We would have appreciated you to give us a call asking to check immediately your departure in order to avoid the doubt.
