Dune it Right är en 1480 kvadratmeter hem, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem på stranden av floden Siuslaw. Du kommer att hitta spektakulära vyer, från vardagsrum, kök, matsal och sovrum. På vinterns klocka flödar floden genom att lyssna på sprickan i en vedeldad spis.

Den levande och matsal är ett rymligt stort rum, med tillgång till det expansiva däck på flodsidan av huset. Vid lågvatten kan du ta promenader på flodens sandstränder, vid högvatten kan du stå på trappan och doppa dina tår eller din fiskespole

Den stora floddäcket har ett vanligt bord för att äta, och en bistrobarhöjd tabell också. 1 kort mil på din cykel till Gamla stan för shopping och restauranger. Bara 3 miles till Heceta Beach, 4 miles till Oregon Dune National Recreation Area. Du hittar också en dartskiva i garaget

Sovrummet har en king size-säng, en 32 tums tv, badrum med dusch och egen dörr till däck.

De andra 2 sovrummen har alla queen size-sängar, och det största badrummet är mellan dem. Det är soligt och ljust med ett himmelljus och har en badkar med kombinationsruta.

We loved this house. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Right on the water, short drive to everything. River beach was fun, and there were so many hikes and beaches nearby. The house had everything we needed. The backyard is not fully fenced, so dogs need to be on voice command.

Great property, in excellent condition, wonderful location. Notes:- The kitchen and whole house is very well equipped.- While dogs are allowed, the yard is not fenced, and the deck does not have gates, so dogs must be leashed while outside. - Bed mattresses are memory foam, which some people like, but I don't (because of sagging hammock-like contour).- The beds only have 1 thin blanket and cover, and there are only 2 extra thin blankets (for 3 beds). This is a problem because the home has a "Nest" web/app enabled HVAC thermostat which has been programmed to go down to 62 in the middle of the night, and this is too cold for beds with only 1 or 2 thin blankets. This required multiple trips to manually override the thermostat after waking up cold in the middle of the night. Also, HVAC is high efficiency, which means that it takes about an hour to warm up from 62 to something more reasonable like 67.- Nice fireplace and wood available, but no kindling or paper to light a fire. - I booked through VRBO, and I received a confirmation from VRBO, but I did not receive access instructions from VRBO, the access instructions came from someone else, so that email got spam filtered, so we had to drive back to where we had cell service and spend some stressful time on the phone with a non English speaking VRBO phone support person before getting connected to the property manager for access instructions.

Restful and beautiful!!

Clean, beautiful and big enough for each of us to do activities that didn’t interfere with other activities . Each time we thought I wonder it they have this? Yes they did!! The location is easy to find and convenient to everything! The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Beautiful river view home

We all loved this home, super clean, nice living room, backyard and deck. We are all seniors citizens liked this single story home. The host was really nice and easy to communicate with. We will be back again!

Fantastic Florence vacation

My family of 4 (plus dogs) stayed here Thanksgiving week and it was the perfect “home away from home” to relax and explore the OR coast. The house is well-stocked and so organized and well-labeled. Had no trouble at all finding anything we needed. We loved the view of the Siuslaw and in the evening we enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace. So thankful we found Dune it Right and we hope to return another time.

Beautiful view

Used to have BBQ and fire pit....no longer available. Which was a surprise and a disappointment. One bed had plastic underneath mattress cover...noisy and uncomfortable. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Perfect family stay!

This home was very clean, well organized and had everything we needed. We loved the large pantry, privacy of primary bedroom, quality kitchen dishes, pans and appliances. The view of the river and easy low tide walks made our time here better than many ocean side homes. Lastly, the huge decks allowed plenty of space for people and pups to lounge and have meals outdoors. Thank you!!!

Heaven on the Siuslaw River

If you want serenity, river views, and the feel of a true family home, this is the place for you. I can't say enough about how wonderful this home was, and how it felt like home to us. We didn't want to leave. Our test of staying in this home was whether we'd be happy there no matter what the weather, because of the time of year we went, and the answer is yes. Do you like to read? There are TONS of paper backs for your enjoyment. Play games with the family? You'll never be bored. Like to cook? The cookware was stellar -- very rare in a rental. We always take our own but didn't take it out of the box. We'll be back.

Beautiful Oasis

This lovely home was even more impressive in person and within the first few minutes of arriving we spotted orcas right outside the house! We loved all of the outdoor space and it was so peaceful waking up to the view of the water everyday. The house was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and only a 15 min walk from town. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

I brought my husband, daughters and grandies to this dear house in Florence over Spring Break! Had a grand time! Went to Newport Aquarium, Thors Well, Hobbit Trail, Sea Lion caves, and we even went in the freezing cold ocean! Had lovely clearings from the rain, and a couple fires in the fireplace! The kitchen was well appointed, and there were plenty of towels for the group! This was a great house.

Clean house with beautiful river view!

We stayed here for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Such a great property with a beautiful view of the Siuslaw River and sand dunes. House was very clean and well stocked. Everything described online was accurate. The master king bed was very comfortable, possibly a posturepedic?! The linens were nice as well, and plenty available for the week we stayed. We really enjoyed being able to park in the garage as well. The check-in and check-out process was simple. Our communications with the vacation rental company was responsive. Our only suggestions would be luggage racks for each of the bedrooms, and ottomans for the livingroom. It's much cozier to hang out in the livingroom and be able to put your feet up, at least for us. Overall we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!
