In the lower San Tan Valley! This magnificent property is located within Parkside at Anthem Merrill Ranch best suited for 3 couples or a single family. The large single story property sits on a spacious lot and offers everything you need and them some for a perfect stay. It has all new furnishings inside and out. The amazing backyard is complete with heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, full outdoor kitchen, multiple seating areas, and pool toys + outdoor games! On the inside it has a wonderful game room with Xbox and games, shuffle board, board games, and 60 inch flat screen TV with complete surround sound for theater effect watching movies. The kitchen comes with everything you should need plus some. We keep it well stocked with basic cooking needs of spices, oil, coffee, so you only need to bring the groceries you need. There is a Safeway 5 minutes from the house. The living room has ample seating and is open to kitchen and dining areas for ultimate socialization. The large master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with separate tub and shower, large closet, large window with viewing area for having morning coffee looking out over waterfall pool. This room also has an attached "flex space" room complete with desk, monitor, and printer as an office for those of you just can't go off the grid. The other two bedrooms include Queen size beds and plenty of dresser and closet storage. When we travel we don't like to get nickeled and dimed, that is why we try to have everything you will need for your stay. We have tennis rackets, golf clubs, pool toys, bicycles, and games. The Poston Butte Golf course is public and ready for you within minutes of house. Great shopping is only 10 minutes away at Copper Basin Villages! You will have to search a long time to find a property as nice as this. Looking forward to having you stay with us. Our prices include all fees, including cleaning, no hidden fees.

Security:
We maintain two security cameras on-site: one on the driveway and one with wide shot of the backyard (pool requirement). There are no cameras inside the house.

Pool & Spa:
*Private Pool - $50 per day heating fee for pool, $12 day heating fee for hot tub only - billed separately direct as needed. November - March only.

We provide starter supplies of household essentials to make your stay more comfortable. These include:
