“Slept well. Good room for the price, but started to have some serious wear and pool was a little bit dirty. A few minor things broken in the room. Breakfast was ok! Thanks for a good stay”

“We were pleasantly surprised by this historic gem in the small town of Florence, SC. The best part was the in-hotel restaurant called “Victors.” The waiter was so warm and helpful in recommending food and drinks for the whole family. It enhanced our experience greatly!”

“Looks like the owners are doing a lot of work on the property however, cleanliness is doable but not done. Our room was supposed to have 2 beds in it but the first room we got looked like someone was still in it. Unmade bed, clothes on chair and a huge fan in the middle of the room. Second room, single bed and ac wasn’t producing and it stunk. I had to show the clerk that I paid for a room with 2 beds and he finally said they didn’t have one available. “The property looked really nice from the outside, I was actually shocked for a Motel 6. I don't mind older places as long as they're clean. However, I saw two german roaches in our room...... That is not cool. I pray I don't have any hitchhikers........”

“No door lock, toddlers feet were black bc the room was dirty, AC unit didn’t work, manger tried to take my key card after concerns and give my room away with the items still in the room. Phone in room didn’t work, the fumes of paint were nauseating ”

“The room was huge which was amazing but I’m not sure when the room was cleaned last. The floors turned my feet black so I could only walk with shoes on. The shower look like someone had just used to so I was iffy about getting in of course. Also do not expect to get your deposit back. I left the room in the same condition and they never refunded me for my stay ”

“The hotel is horrible. There are a lot of people doing drugs in the back area and a lot of homeless people. People were knocking on our door in the middle of the night. I don't recommend it.”

“I will say that the front desk staff was very kind and welcoming when I checked in. Unfortunately, the stay went downhill from there. The area surrounding the hotel felt pretty sketchy, and the room itself left a lot to be desired. Many things throughout the room just weren't in good shape. The cleanliness was a major issue—the floors were completely unswept and hadn't been vacuumed. The bathroom was the worst part; there was mysterious stuff all over the walls, and parts of the bathroom walls...
