An old barn elegantly renovated, it harmoniously blends the charm of Lot stone and exposed beams with modern comforts and high-end amenities. Accommodating up to 12 people, this vacation rental offers bright and refined spaces: a spacious kitchen-dining room, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a mezzanine dedicated to games—an ideal setting for stays with family or friends. Surrounded by 5 hectares of unspoiled nature, Pech Peyrat features a secure swimming pool, a pétanque court, and a covered terrace—perfect for savoring the tranquility of southwestern France. Nearby, medieval villages, the bastides of Quercy Blanc, and renowned vineyards invite you to explore. Every detail has been carefully considered to combine elegance, comfort, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making Pech Peyrat a peaceful haven ideal for relaxation and sharing special moments. A two-story vacation rental located on the same property as the owners’ home. Private outdoor areas: parking, unfenced yard, fenced-in pool area (pool secured with a cover), covered pool house with outdoor furniture and a gas plancha (bathroom with shower and toilet), and a stream running alongside the house. Entrance hall with separate toilet and sink, leading on one side to a suite accessible to people with limited mobility (bedroom and bathroom with shower/tub and toilet) and on the other to a hallway with two steps leading down to the laundry room (washer, baby gear), to the large living room with a bar area and fireplace, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A first staircase accessible from the living room leads to the upstairs bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and toilet; 3 other bedrooms with private showers and toilets. Via the staircase in the kitchen: a mezzanine-level game/TV area. The upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned. All-inclusive package. Meeting/reception room on the property.
